How Classical Ballet Multimedia collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with this website, Concierge enquiries, The Circle membership programme, and related communications. This is an informational notice, not a request for consent to all described practices — where consent is the legal basis for a specific activity, that consent is requested separately.

Concierge Services
Classical Ballet Multimedia provides a Concierge service through which you may submit requests concerning performances, ticket availability, seating preferences, premium access and related services. A Concierge request is not itself a completed ticket purchase or confirmed booking. Where necessary, we may communicate relevant information to the applicable ticketing operator, venue or event partner.
Ticket Enquiries and Ticketing Operators
Classical Ballet Multimedia does not sell tickets directly through this website in every case. Ticket-related forms and Concierge requests are requests for information or assistance and do not constitute a completed ticket purchase or confirmed booking. Depending on the city or production, we may forward relevant information to the designated ticketing operator or event partner. Any subsequent purchase is subject to that operator’s own privacy policy and terms.
The Circle
Submitting a request through The Circle registers your interest in membership; it is not, by itself, a confirmed membership or payment obligation. Personal data you provide is used to respond to your enquiry and, should you proceed, administer the membership relationship. Should online payment be introduced, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
Insider Access / Newsletter
If you submit your email through Insider Access, we use it to send newsletter communications, based on your consent. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time.
