These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, operated by SERG Group s.r.o. (Classical Ballet Multimedia), registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 24810541, DIČ CZ24810541), with its seat at Budapešťská 1492/1, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the Website
This website provides information about Classical Ballet Multimedia productions, tours, Concierge services, and The Circle membership programme. It is not, in itself, a ticket-selling platform.
Ticket Enquiries
Forms and Concierge requests submitted through this website concerning tickets are requests for information or assistance. They do not constitute a confirmed booking or completed purchase. Depending on the city or production, we may forward your request to the applicable ticketing operator or venue, whose own terms will govern any resulting purchase.
The Circle
Submitting a request through The Circle registers your interest in membership. It does not create a binding membership or payment obligation. Membership terms, benefits and any applicable fees will be communicated separately if and when membership is confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, video and design — is the property of Classical Ballet Multimedia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
